บริษัท แอดวานซ์ มีท โปรดักส์ และ บริษัท แอดวานซ์ มีท แฟบริคเคชั่น จำกัด ก่อตั้งโดย ดร.กำจร ตันติกาญจเทพ ซึ่งมีประสบการณ์ในด้านธุรกิจอาหารมาเป็นอย่างดี และมีความเข้าใจในธุรกิจไส้กรอก ทำให้มองเห็นช่องว่างของตลาดประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์ไส้กรอกที่มีคุณภาพในระดับบน (เกรดเอ) และผลิตภัณฑ์ไส้กรอกระดับตามริมถนน (เกรดซี) จึงได้รวบรวมทีมงานระดับบริหารโรงงานและการตลาดที่มีประสบการณ์กว่า 10 ปี ซึ่งมีเทคนิคความชำนาญและประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตและการบริหารธุรกิจมาร่วมก่อตั้ง ด้วยเงินลงทุนที่มีจำกัด และประสบความสำเร็จอย่างสูง โดยหลังจากการดำเนินธุรกิจได้เพียง 2 ปี สามารถเป็นผู้นำในผลิตภัณฑ์ไส้กรอกเกรด B ภายใต้ยี่ห้อ AFM (Advance Food Marketing) พร้อมการรับรองเครื่องหมายฮาลาล และสามารถทำยอดขายเติบโตต่อเนื่องมาตลอด และในปี 2555 ดร.กำจร ได้เห็นโอกาสทางธุรกิจเพิ่ม คือ ธุรกิจผลิตไส้กรอกและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่มีเครื่องหมายฮาลาลรับรอง ในนามบริษัท สตาร์ มีท โปรดักส์ กลุ่มธุรกิจที่ดำเนินกิจการอยู่ แบ่งตามประเภทและกลุ่มสินค้าได้ดังนี้
1. ธุรกิจผลิตไส้กรอกภายใต้การรับรองเครื่องหมายฮาลาล จะเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทเนื้อไก่อย่างเดียวภายใต้การดำเนินการของ บริษัท แอดวานซ์ มีท แฟบริคเคชั่น จำกัด เลขที่ 8/20 หมู่ 12 ซ.ไอยรา 5/5 ถ.ไอยรา 1 ต.คลองสอง อ.คลองหลวง จ.ปทุมธานี
2. ธุรกิจผลิตไส้กรอกและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่มีเครื่องหมายฮาลาลรับรอง จะเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทหมูและไก่ภายใต้การดำเนินการของ บริษัท สตาร์ มีท โปรดักส์ จำกัด เลขที่ 8/15 หมู่ 12 ซ.ไอยรา 5/5 ถ.ไอยรา 1 ต.คลองสอง อ.คลองหลวง จ.ปทุมธานี
Advance Meat Product & Advance Meat Fabrication Co., Ltd was founded by Dr. Kamchorn Tantikarnjathep who has been involved and developed meat processing business for more than 20 years. His profound understanding of the meat business together with his vision in identifying the significant gap in consumer market for sausages between Premium Grade (Grade A) which can be found in most of the leading retailers and hyper market chains and Lower Grade (Grade C) which can be found in the food street market.
Dr. Kamchorn realized the potential in developing sausage products to serve the gap between these 2 markets (Grade A and C markets) for which he categorized his sausage products in Grade B market. He had then formed the team of experienced technicians, factory management and marketer and founded Advance Meat Fabrication (AMF).
Although AMF started with limited capital investment, AMF could well become very successful in the short period of time as for evidence that after 2 years of full operation and production of variety types of sausages. The brand AFM (Advance Food Marketing) which is the brand representing products manufactured by AMF could be well established as a well-known brand in this consumer section (Grade B, Food street market)
